By accessing or using CreatorBook ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CreatorBook provides a platform that transforms your video content into professionally formatted books and audiobooks. Our Service includes video transcription, content organization, AI-powered voice cloning, and document generation.

3. User Content and Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service

4. License Tiers

Our Service offers different license tiers with varying rights:

• Personal Copy: For personal use only. You may read and share privately but may not sell or publicly distribute.
• Publish Pack: Commercial license to publish, market, and sell the book and audiobook under your own name/brand. You keep 100% of revenue.
• Pro Launch: Unlimited commercial rights to repurpose, resell, bundle, and distribute in any format. You keep 100% of revenue.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and are non-refundable once digital content has been delivered. If you experience technical issues preventing delivery, please contact support within 7 days of purchase.

6. Voice Cloning Consent

By using our voice cloning feature, you confirm that you are the voice owner or have explicit permission from the voice owner to create a synthetic voice. You agree not to use cloned voices for deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
• Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates others' rights
• Use cloned voices to impersonate others without consent

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, but you retain rights to any content you have already purchased and downloaded.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
